Most prank gift boxes are designed to fit standard mailboxes. If one doesn’t fit, the carrier will leave it at the door.

Yes. If your order hasn’t shipped, email us right away at contact@sendfunnypackage.com to cancel or make changes for a full refund. Once it’s shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

No. Each prank gift box is uniquely curated. We currently don’t offer exchanges, though themed options may be available in the future.

All sales are final and we don’t accept returns. If something is damaged or incorrect, email us at contact@sendfunnypackage.com and we will make it right.

Since the prank gift box is for your recipient, we can only refund or change orders before we ship. After shipment, contact us at contact@sendfunnypackage.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Rare, but if your prank gift box hasn’t arrived after the shipping window, email us at contact@sendfunnypackage.com. We’ll investigate and either send a replacement or refund you.

Since your name isn’t on the box, recipients usually open out of curiosity. If they refuse it and it’s returned, we’ll contact you and can resend it to another address.

Yes. Share a genuine video or photo of your prank gift box on Instagram or TikTok and tag us. Email us afterwards and we’ll send a 25% discount code for your next order.

Nope. Only one discount code per order — but we keep our discounts generous.

Yes. Every item we ship is PG-13, safe-for-work, and non-harmful. We do not include shock content, explicit items, dangerous materials, or anything that could pose a safety risk. All items are lighthearted gag gifts designed purely for harmless fun.

Our packages are family-friendly — safe for ages 8+. (Younger kids should open with a parent nearby, just in case there’s a tiny part or choking hazard.)

No — here’s how it works: all packages are delivered without your name on it. When your recipient opens their Funny Package, they’ll also unlock the reveal page (or card) that shows your name as the sender. By purchasing, you agree to our Terms of Service (at a glance): 1) You confirm that you personally know the recipient (no sending to strangers, celebs, or random addresses), and 2) You agree that your name will be shared with the recipient at the time of reveal. This keeps the experience fun, safe, and fair — mysterious at first, then satisfying when the truth comes out.

No. We don’t offer subscriptions — and here’s why: our Terms of Service requires that you personally know your recipient and that every package is sent intentionally. Subscriptions would make it too easy for someone to misuse our service. Every Funny Package is meant to be a one-off surprise, never spam.

Nope. We don’t do messy or destructive pranks. Everything is safe, clean, and laughter-only.

The outside looks like a legit package you’d order online. Nothing screams “joke” until they actually open it.

No. We only communicate with you, the buyer. The recipient sees only the reveal message with your name; we never send them marketing emails.

Yes — but not right away. The recipient will first experience the mystery of receiving a strange package — your name is not printed on the box. When they open it, they’ll also unlock the reveal (with a QR code to scan, linked to a reveal page), which clearly shows your name. That’s part of the magic: suspense first, clarity second.

Yes, but only to the recipient. Our Terms of Service require you to 1) know the recipient and 2) agree that we will be sharing your name to the recipient upon reveal.

Never. Recipient names and addresses are only used for shipping and the final reveal.

Yes — we only use your data to process your order. We never sell, share, or spam.

Our Terms of Service require that you know the recipient personally. Orders to celebrities, strangers, or harassment-based pranks are not permitted.

It all began with a housewarming gift gone sideways (in the best way). My girlfriend and I thought: “Wouldn’t it be hilarious if we sent my brother a totally random anonymous package in the mail?” So we did. The first package?
