Ordering & Payments
Not yet — but international ordering is coming soon. For now, orders must ship to the U.S. or Canada.
Yes! We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We use Shopify Payments, and they accept every major form of payment, so anything works for us. If your card works online, it’ll work here.
Nope — Shopify handles all secure payment processing. We never see or store your credit card details.
We use Shopify’s trusted checkout system — your info is encrypted and safe. No funny business with your money.
Shipping & Delivery
We can’t guarantee an exact date (the postal service doesn’t like jokes, apparently). But you can estimate the window by ordering 1–2 weeks in advance.
Not yet — but we’re working on it! Right now, packages ship out without individual tracking numbers (which honestly makes the mystery even funnier).
That said, we know people love to watch the journey, so we’re building tracking into the experience soon. Stay tuned — tracking is coming!
Not yet. Right now, all packages ship on our standard timeline (5–10 business days). Express options are coming soon.
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. Worldwide shipping is coming soon (because everyone deserves a laugh).
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on location. Rural or remote spots may take a little longer. If you’re targeting a birthday, plan ahead and order early!
Zero. Nada. Zilch. Shipping is 100% covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price. (We like surprises in the box, not in your billing statement.)
Email us at contact@sendfunnypackage.com ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it. If it’s already shipped, we’ll try our best, but can’t guarantee recovery.
Usually yes, but size- and product-depending — our packages are designed to fit in standard mailboxes. If not, your postal carrier will leave it at the door. Smaller packages have a better chance of fitting your recipient's mailbox!
Returns & Refunds
Yes — but timing is everything.
Before your order ships: You can cancel or change your order for a 100% refund.
After your order ships: Because you (the buyer) don’t actually receive the package, traditional refunds aren’t possible once it’s out the door. But email us at contact@sendfunnypackage.com right away — we’ll do our best to help, and in some cases, we may still be able to refund or resend.
Pro tip: If you need changes, reach out fast — our fulfillment gnomes move quickly once an order comes in!
Not at the moment — each package is uniquely curated. But themed variations are coming soon, and you’ll be able to choose.
Because of the surprise/prank nature, we don’t accept returns. But if something went wrong with your order, email us at contact@sendfunnypackage.com and we’ll fix it.
Because you (the buyer) aren’t the one receiving the package, we can’t offer traditional refunds once it’s delivered — after all, the surprise is for someone else!
That said, here’s our policy:
100% refunds are available before your order ships.
If your order has already shipped, we’ll do our absolute best to help. In some cases, we may still be able to refund or resend — just email us at contact@sendfunnypackage.com and we’ll work with you.

Since the package is anonymous until reveal, most people open it out of curiosity. If it gets returned, we’ll contact you to see if you’d like it resent to a different address.

100%. Everything is safe, non-toxic, and non-offensive. Our rule: if Grandma wouldn’t laugh, it doesn’t go in.
Our packages are family-friendly — safe for ages 8+. (Younger kids should open with a parent nearby, just in case there’s a tiny part or choking hazard.)
Right now, no. We keep things fresh and funny by curating the packages ourselves. But we do have themed packages launching soon (birthday, office gag, relationship roast, etc.). Stay tuned!

No — here’s how it works: all packages are anonymous until the big reveal. When your recipient opens their Funny Package, they’ll also unlock the reveal page (or card) that shows your name as the sender.
By purchasing, you agree to our Terms of Service (at a glance): 1) You confirm that you personally know the recipient (no sending to strangers, celebs, or random addresses), and 2) You agree that your name will be shared with the recipient at the time of reveal.
This keeps the experience fun, safe, and fair — mysterious at first, then satisfying when the truth comes out.
Sometimes, but we’re always refreshing our selection to keep the surprise genuine.
Yes! You can send someone the gift of choosing when and how to prank their own friends. You can select different denominations you need. Please checkout the gift cards in the link below:
No. We don’t offer subscriptions — and here’s why: our harassment policy requires that you personally know your recipient and that every package is sent intentionally. Subscriptions would make it too easy for someone to misuse our service.
Every Funny Package is meant to be a one-off surprise, never spam.
Nope. We don’t do messy or destructive pranks. Everything is safe, clean, and laughter-only.

All packages are PG-13 and HR-approved (so you can send them to your colleagues without getting in trouble at work!)
Nope. We only communicate with you, the buyer. The recipient only hears from us once: at the reveal stage, when they see your name as the sender.
Yes — but not right away. The recipient will first experience the mystery of receiving a strange package. When they open it, they’ll also unlock the reveal (with a QR code to scan, linked to a reveal page), which clearly shows your name.
That’s part of the magic: suspense first, clarity second.

Yes, but only to the recipient. Our Terms of Service require you to 1) know the recipient and 2) agree that we will be sharing your name to the recipient upon reveal.
Never. Recipient names and addresses are only used for shipping and the final reveal.
Yes — we only use your data to process your order. We never sell, share, or spam.
Our Terms of Service require that you know the recipient personally. Orders to celebrities, strangers, or harassment-based pranks are not permitted.

It all began with a housewarming gift gone sideways (in the best way). My girlfriend and I thought: “Wouldn’t it be hilarious if we sent my brother a totally random anonymous package in the mail?”
So we did. The first package? A bathroom sign with Ronald McDonald’s face, 200 dish sponges, and other ridiculous odds and ends. My brother was baffled. Group chat = chaos.
Two weeks later, we struck again. This time with a banana costume, funny hats, and a giant tennis ball. The reveal was legendary. Once he figured it was us, the laughter doubled. And that’s when we knew: this shouldn’t just be an inside joke — it should be a business.
