By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have a genuine personal relationship with the intended recipient, that you obtained the recipient’s address lawfully and will provide your true, full legal name, email address, and phone number (with the understanding that providing false or misleading information may result in order cancellation), that you understand you are responsible for how the recipient perceives the package, and that you acknowledge the Disclosure of Sender Identity provision: this service is not for anonymous harassment, we do not guarantee anonymity, and in the event of a dispute, a formal complaint from the recipient, or a legal inquiry, we will disclose the sender’s full legal name and order information to the recipient or law enforcement.

4. Products & Humor Disclaimer

Our packages are intended for novelty and entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use any product for harassment, bullying, stalking, or any illegal activity. If we suspect an order is intended for harmful purposes, we will cancel it, refund the payment, and may restrict your access to the Service.

5. Orders, Pricing & Modifications

Applicability to Taxes & Shipping — Discounts apply only to the price of eligible products and do not apply to shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or handling fees. Returns — If you return or receive a refund for an order placed with a discount code, your refund will be for the discounted purchase price.
