This policy outlines the shipping practices for “Send Funny Package” (operated by Adam Johannsson). Our goal is to provide clear expectations for order processing and delivery.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after being placed, before they are handed off to a shipping carrier.

3. SHIPPING METHOD & FULFILLMENT
To offer a wider selection of novelty items, we may ship orders directly from our third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times, and packaging may differ depending on the supplier or fulfillment location. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery Estimates (after processing and dispatch) for Canada & USA are typically 5 to 10 business days. Actual delivery timing may vary based on item availability, shipping origin, final destination, carrier performance, and seasonal volume.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders are not eligible for a refund.

5. CROSS-BORDER SHIPMENTS
For orders that ship internationally or cross borders, any customs processing times or inspection delays are outside of our control. We do not control or influence any customs-related decisions made by authorities in the receiving country.

6. LATE, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Late Deliveries: Delays of several days can occur due to carrier or customs processes. We do not offer refunds for packages that remain in transit and show ongoing tracking movement. Lost in Transit: A package is not considered lost until 15 business days have passed since the last tracking update. Contact us with your order number if this occurs. If confirmed lost by the carrier, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Delivered but Not Received: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that subsequently go missing. Please ship to a secure location.
